“My name is Matt Phillips and this is a brief recounting of some of my families participation in supporting this great nation in time of war”. Matt talks about his grandfather, his uncles, and his dad. “When America entered WWII in 1941 after the 7 December bombing of Pearl Harbor by the Japanese, my dad was one of five that enlisted to serve – and my dad was the youngest at age twenty-six”. His dad took a leave of absence from his job as a Policeman and enlisted in the Marine Corps. Read how his dad served our great country and then returned home and retired as Police Chief. Read how Matt served in his own way in Kirkuk and worked with the Air Force . Today, Matt supports our wounded heroes with 50% profits of his coffee company to the non-profit Semper Fi Fund.
